What happens during the free trial?
Every new company gets 30 days of full access with no card. During the trial you can set up 5 staff accounts and 5 clients — subscribing removes both limits.
Is it per home or per company?
The subscription is per company. One payment covers the whole company — every house, client and staff member — with unlimited staff accounts and clients included.
What if a payment fails?
You keep full access for a 7-day grace period. After that the company drops to read-only — records stay visible and exportable, but new doses can't be signed until billing is fixed.
Can we cancel?
Yes, any time from the billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can export the full record pack before you go.
